Q: Do you have a vertical focus or style?
A: No. We’re not vertically positioned. Ceremony is horizontally positioned to do world-class brand identity transformations. Nor do we have a style. But we do like challengers and underdogs, positioning brands against common wisdom, causes that are bringing forth a better world, and clients with guts.

Q: How long are engagements?
A: Engagements are a minimum of 2 months. 4-6 months is common. Some clients stay engaged indefinitely. If you have more questions about this, reach out, we’re happy to share more.

Q: What’s the profile of your best clients?
A: We do our best work when partnered with changemakers. They’re often founders or executives with vision for the future and agency to make it real. They care about the details, believe in their cause, and want an enduring solution, not a quick fix.

Q: Why is your agency called Ceremony?
A: We named our agency Ceremony to honor an important moment in the life of every business. When the product or service you’ve poured your life into meets the person you built it for. It’s a yes or no moment. We help our clients win it.

Q: What if I don’t want to rebrand?
A: All good. We’re about communication and business outcomes, not indulging in the art. A rebrand is often how we get there, but not always. Q: What if I’m not sure what to do next?
A: You’re in good company. Some of our best clients, and many wonderful people we never ended up working with reached out with no idea what might come of it. Don’t feel like you need to organize your kitchen for us–invite us into the mess. This work is personal, we’re here for it.

Q: What are your fees?
Engagements range from $30k-$100k+ for brand transformations based on complexity and pace. Embedded creative direction and brand activation on the backend range from $10k-$25k per month.
